SOCO's Wire Cutting Machines (SWC-4040-V-2D) are primarily suited for cutting high-hardness and brittle materials such as graphite, quartz, and ceramics. Utilizing a loop wire that rotates at high speed while cutting the workpiece significantly increases cutting efficiency compared to traditional reciprocating cutting methods.

Features

Special Shape Cutting: The wire frame remains stationary, while the X and Y axes move simultaneously, allowing for programmed cutting of special shapes like arcs and bevels.
Flexible Cutting: Capable of cutting aluminum silicate boards up to 1000 mm in height.
Feeding: The X and Y axes utilize precision ball screws, and the direct connection with servo motors ensures stable and reliable operation.
