We understand the need for manufacturers to remove burrs from tube ends after laser tube cutting. Therefore, we have integrated Laser Tube Cutting + End Chamfering (or Brushing Deburring), automated production, and even final Stacking process (Packaging) into a seamless, automated process.
Traditionally, the operation needs one person for one machine. For example, Laser tube cutting machines with automatic loading + wire brushing deburring + automatic stacking and unloading. These three processes alone require 2-3 personnel to operate. With the integrated automated laser tube cutting equipment, automated production only requires one person.
